Try pilates as it works your core muscles, and you utilize your own weight for resistance.

Isometrics!

Push ups: (1) Elevate (2) Wide-Arm (3) Narrow-Army These will build your shoulders/Chest/Arms

Bench Dips: Feet on a Chair, butt on a chair or bench. The height of the chair and bench must be the same. Go down until your butt almost touches the ground, then back up. This will develop not just the tricepss but the back of the shoulders. Remember that the tricep muscle is 3 times larger than the bicep, so your arms will grow and look bigger.

Biceps: Chin-Ups & Pull-Ups. 2 each 1 Litre bottles of water filled with sand. Do curls, keeping the elbows close to your sides.

Abs: Flutter kicks, crunches, bicycle crunches, sit-ups

NOTE: This will build strength and tone your muscles. It will not build allot of muscle size.

NOTE: If you can, get some dumbells from a garage sell, etc. You will need up to 50 lbs to start, then I can give you some super exercises that will build a new body.

Good luck on that one. You can take some supplements to help you gain lean muscle mass, and eat lots of protein, but unless you strenously exercise your muscles, then all you will do is tone up what you have. Programs like Winsor Pilates will help you to tone up but not really build muscles. Go to your local nutritional store and they will be able to suggest some supplements like creatine or similiar powered ingredients that will help you on your journey.

Easy, do press-ups for the chest work: squats and lunges for the legs, and crunches for the abs. Go power-walking uphill to build aerobic capacity.

There are exercises for almost every muscle (like push-ups, sit-ups, etc) but it is best to get advice how to do them right. Or else you will be doing more damage than good.
