It depends what you want an antidote for but the two things you specified are acid while the others are not. Any fruit juice is slightly acid, so a cut apple or most edible berries would be a reasonable substitute. Milk is acid when sour.

Use a Coke. It has a very similar acidity to vinegar. ph about 2
Next choice. Beer. Not nearly acidic as Coke, but it should do.
ph about 2.5.
Final choice: coffee ph about 4.

None of them. You need something acidic like vinegar or citrus juice. None of these incredients are acidic.

vinegar and citrus are acidic, neutralizes a strong base. anything acidic will have similar effect. tomato juice
