if they are conducting an illegal search and seizure (breaking the law) and they take personal property, of course they are not going to list it on the evidence/property reciept. Even if they do provide a receipt, all they do is play dumb and bounce you around until you give up on getting your stuff back.

i apologize for not answering your questions. didn't realize you were serious! No, I do not believe all black people are crminals. No I am not assuming all police officers do this. No I do not have a beef with police officers in general.
Also, no the "stuff" was not any of what you listed and last but not least - i do not smoke a pipe smoke a pipe.
By the way.... this common sense you speak of having, must be suffocating under your assumptions. Because your abundance of common sense, certainly, was not apparent to me.

Of course they don't. There can be of course a bad person from time to time that does bad things, but the majority of all the police officers are great people who do all they can to help people
