Hi
With a good eating plan you will not have loos eskin instead you tend to look very toned,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx

Good luck

I have lost 17 Kg (40+ pounds) and I do not have any loose skin hanging. The key to not get the loose skin is to let the weight come off slowly to give your skin a chance to keep up. At 16 the skin will still be very elastic so should be easier for it to keep up.

There are no short cuts to loosing weight if you want to keep it off. A complete change in lifestyle is needed to include a balanced diet and exercise.

Sudden weight loss will leave saggy skin, no doubt of that. The best way is to lose it the same way it's gained, slowly, let the body adjust naturally to the fat loss. Sure, it may not give you the mental boost like losing 5 pounds a week but the end result is far better. Good luck.

I lost it but I found it again. The skin hung like a blanket on a clothesline. A younger person would have tighter skin an not have such as long a recovery time. The skin will eventually snap back, but it will take some time.

doesnt matter what age you are, if you lose a great deal of weight in a short span of time your going to get the loose skin. mainly because most was water weight. if you add weight training/strenght resistance to your excercise you build muscle to assist your body from keeping your skin from going flabby. since muscle is harder to gain of course its a slower process than the crash diets thus preventing loose skin. lost 50lbs in a month. learned my lesson.was 17. also depends on your diet too. eat healthy. dont starve yourself.
