Try to give a talk on something that you can relate too, such as a character trait you appreciate or a Gospel topic you feel strongly about. I have previously given talks on service, obedience, the significance of prayer and about modern-day pioneers to name a few, but choose something you feel strongly about.
Some topics you might be interested in: integrity, choice and accountability, faith, the significance of patriarchal blessings, the importance of a personal testimony, temple marriage, eternal covenants, baptism, why daily scripture study and daily personal prayers are important, the importance of family home evening, family, why missions and missionaries are important, pick a favorite scripture or similar scriptures to share (making sure to include your own thoughts), pride, individual worth, divine nature, and you can even base a talk on the different aspects of your testimony.
It is important to remember to pray, seek guidance, and listen to the Spirit. Good luck on your talk, and find a topic you feel strongly about!

Pick a scripture and base your talk around it...that's what i had to do last time. I can't remember the scripture but I do remember it was in D&C. Or you could pick one of the principles of the gospel. This week in Relief Society and Elder's Quorum, the lesson was on faith, so maybe pick a different one like charity, or the atonement is always a good one. Go to lds.org and use the search engine to find ensign articles on the subject you pick. That's what I always do. Today our talks in Sac Mtg were on eternal marriage and also on covenants, like the one's we make at baptism and taking the sacrament. The youth speaker spoke on both priesthood's. Good luck, and my final advice..pick a topic and then pray about it and see how you feel, if it's what Heavenly Father wants you speak about. He might just be happy with whatever you pick! Keep the faith brother! I'm sure you'll do great with whatever you pick. Pray to have the spirit with you and whatever you talk on will be great.

I think if you talk about the importance of missionary work you can't go wrong. Maybe it's because I'm convert but of all the topics that I have heard over the years I never get tired of listening to that topic. And sometimes it's good to remind us to share that great gift and knowledge that we have to the rest of the world

Why don't you speak on the fall of man, why it happened, and God's ultimate plan for redemption.
