Hi,my name is Hailie and I'm 9.I have a little sister Mellanie, she is 2 years old.We live with mommy,we don't know where dad lives(mom and dad separated when she was pregnant with Mellanie).we aren't a rich family, yes,we have computer but that's because mommy works all day and she cannot hire a babysitter. We don't even have grandparents.Usually she goes to work at 8 o'clock in the morning and comes back at 6pm.It's OK for us,because I really have fun playing with Mellanie. But I have some friends from school and I want to go out with them but I always have to babysit Mellanie and I want you to help me.Please, tell me how can I go out of the house without mommy's permission(I have to be sure she won't know I'm out).I can leave Mellanie for an hour or two, while she's sleeping in her cot(she cannot go out of it without help). And tell me when I go out should I leave anything with Mellanie in the cot(maybe her favourite toy,but anything else?)?

I study very hard at school and I want to learn the grammar well,so I don't think my grammar should be a problem. If your children or even you can't type well that doesn't mean we all can't

Hey,what are you doing people?!?!?You are asking the girl why she is writing with so good grammar!Has she to grow up and become 18 to write well?Writing is being tought at school at the age of 7.If all your kids need 10-20 years to learn grammar maybe not all the kids need it.Maybe the girl has learnt what the teacher has said to her.Not like your kids - the teacher is learning them and they don't get it again.Congratulations to the girl for the good grammar!

You are kidding right? Never leave the baby alone, you shouldn't even be alone! Thats illegal and neglect and you could get taken away from your mother and sister. Good luck to you I hope your mother soon realizes what she is doing and gets a babysitter. Oh and what happens when you go to school??? who watches the baby then? And my you can type for a young one considering half the adults on here can't type... little suspicious... but just incase, i answered fully.

HAllie, honey. Tell your mom you are too young to babysit. I babysitted my little sister when she was a baby and I was your age too, at first it was okay with my mommy, but things happened that I couldn't handle, tell you mommy that you are too, young to watch you sister and then she will let you go out more if she gets someone older to watch her instead. And hallie, never say your real name on the internet, you could get into some trouble with that.

I certainly hope this isn't a real question.

But if it is:

A) You are too young yourself to be home alone ALL DAY.
B) You are too young to care for a 2 year old by yourself.
C) You are going back to school soon. What will your mother do with your sister then?
D) When you go back to school, you need to tell a teacher about what's been happening this summer.

I think you're missing some big issues here.
First, if your mom finds out (believe me, they always do!), you'll loose the trust she has in you.
You'll be consider has a little child who needs to be looked after and it will be difficult for her to trust you again.
Second, if something happens to your little sister, how will you live with yourself later?

Why don't you talk to her?
Tell her you would like to hang out with your friends sometimes.
I'm sure she will realize that if you're responsible enough to take of your little sister, you're also worthy of that reward.
Maybe you can bring them home to hang out with you there?

My conscience obliges me to answer this although I'm sure this is not what you would like to read.

Take a good long thought, will you?
I'm sure you'll come up with the right answer yourself.

Take care.

due to all the made up questions in here I guess I am a bit cynical and don't believe this is a real question. If it is sorry and talk to your mum or call the police as it is illegal for you to be home alone let alone babysitting your sister

Wow, that's the first time I saw a question without typo's and that for a 9 year old.

Are you guys born geniuses and then degrade from there?

A 9 year old has no business babysitting a 2 year old. I cannot believe this question.

very funny a$$hole. children that are 9 have no idea about sentence structure, let alone be able to write an entire paragraph. grow up and get a life.
