i ran into this one girl at my school last year and i know her and a few of her friends. but whenever i want to talk to her i get nervous and decide to talk to her the next day but that never happens and i get even more nervous about it. can anyone give me some advice about this.

Why do you get nervous? Are you getting nervous only when you want to speak with that girl, or that is the case with all other girls?
If not; try to find the differences between her and other girls, and try to choose apropriate time to talk to her. You can open a subject about weather, that is an easy subject all people are usually using to begin knowing each other.
If you are getting nervous with all girls, and I don't think so, then you are a shy person, and you have to get rid of that and be more confident about yourself. Good Luck.

After you've finally introduced yourself to her, be subtle for a while (to determine possible level of interest and your sureness of yours) and then be direct. Pretty much don't go into getting to know her thinking you've got to do "things" to get her to like you. Let things go naturally.
I'm not sure, but you might be overthinking this, making yourself anxious. Simplify. Next time you see her, instead of letting your nerves overcome you, smile genuinely and say hi. This will be a jumping board for all else. You could practice in the mirror at home if you're a very shy person.

Life is short. Whatever plans that you have conjured up in that mind of yours just put them into action.
Make sure that your breathe isn't tart before you approach this young lady. We hate men with bad breathe.
This meeting should take place in the late afternoon.
Around 6th or 7th period.
The next time you see her walk up to her and say I'm sorry to hear about the accident you were in that caused trouble with your leg. She will respond: What accident. You say: Baby you've been walking around school all day aren't you're legs tired? cause you've been running through my mind all day.

It's easy--knock her off the pedestal you have put her up on. In your mind you've made her into some kind of trophy.
She's not the perfect female specimen you've turned her into. Her farts smell just as bad as yours do. You've also created an imaginary connection with her to doesn't exist. You're thinking that meeting her and getting close to her is going to feel great, but that's just something you made up in your head.
Here's a little project for you--work at thinking of yourself as highly as you think of her. It's only difficult because you have put her above you, but she's just a person like you. When you see her as your equal, and not your idol, I promise you'll find it easy to talk to her.

When ever you see her, make sure you give her your best and warmest smile with a greeting of hi or hello. More than likely a conversation will take place naturally after 3 or 4 such meeting.
