Write to do lists and make sure you stick to them. Sounds cliche, but it works. Put time frames on the to do list, to be completed in a week, month or year

Here's what you do: get a flammible substance. Pour it in a "U" shape behind you. Get some matches or a lighter--borrow if you must. Light it, flick onto the liquid. Wait for it...as long as you can...see you can't wait at ALL...and GET MOVING. Put that fire out.
Okay, not really. That's dangerous obviously.
Imagine all your tasks need completed as quickly as saving your life from fire. Try seeing your own actions as connected to part of a bigger picture, one that affects your personal future...and possibly other people's too.

I cannot motivate you, but you need to ask yourself if you are happy with your life at this point in time. If not stop doing what you are doing and start doing what successful people are doing. Eat/drink milk,pulses,beet root,fruits salad or juice,veg salad or soup,
Discontinue Liquor,Non Veg,Chillies,Sour,Cold drinks,Heavy undigestible food.smoking
sometimes fasting is also important

Might want to try listing things to do (itinerary) and start working on those one by one. If you find that hard, you might have to try some counseling.

read motivational sayings, watch motivational movies. i would suggest you to watch Queen Latifas " THE LAST HOLIDAY"
its really good. you will feel nice. i would suggest you to hear nice music which will keep you on your toes and to do things that please you.
