Delayed Myelination Symptoms

It is common for infants and newborns to show evidence of delayed myelination. That is to say, they have primitive reflexes (which it is important to have) and when you do a plantar reflex on them their big toe goes up.

Is your daughter still in the newborn stage (if so, then this is a natural process and she will grow her myelin)? How old is she - if she is a lot older than we would expect, perhaps you should get her checked out by a doctor because de-myelinating diseases can be quite nasty.
