there are 3 switces in front of you. u are standing on the 1st floor.there is a bulb on the third floor in an closed room
out of the 3 switches in front of u 2 dont work and 1 is the switch for the bulb on the 3rd floor .heres it how will u find out that which switch is of that bulb .you can only once go to the room.

Turn two on, wait a while and turn one off. Go in, and if the light is off, then check the temperature of the bulb. The rest is obvious.

Turn on the first switch for 15 minutes(assuming the bulbs get hot after a certain amount of time) Turn off the first switch. Then turn on the second switch. Go up to the room. If the bulb is off but warm to touch it was the first switch because it had to have been on. If the light is currently on they you know it was the 2nd switch because you just flipped it. If it's off and cold then it was the 3rd switch because the bulb should have heated.

I'd have someone follow me inside the closed room on the 3rd floor and I would leave them there and I would tell them that I'm going back to the first floor and for that person to call me on my cell when the light bulb goes on. I don't know...I'm just pulling answers out of my butt. LOL

turn on the first switch and second switch and leave them on for an hour. turn off the second switch and go in the room. if the light is off then check the temp. of the bulb. if it is hot it is the second switch if it is cold it is the third switch
