God created all ther necessary chromosomes and everything else from nothing, just as he created the universe. No problem.
Why would you think God incarnate would not have a full set of male chromosomes?
A female Messiah wouldn't have worked.
Jesus, a man, had to make up for the sin of Adam, who was a man. Women weren't charged with the major responsibility, so women played only a supporting role (as the Blessed Virgin Mary truly did).
Maybe God wiill give you a free pass, too. Ask him.

The first Christians claimed Jesus was born of the Virgin Mary for a very good reason: They were absolutely convinced that it actually happened.
Remember, Mary expressed disbelief when the angel first told her what was about to happen. And yet the Bible's witness is clear: "The angel answered, 'The Holy Spirit will come upon you. ... So the holy one to be born will be called the Son of God'" (Luke 1:35). Jesus' first followers knew His mother and His immediate family well, because they often followed Him from place to place. If the virgin birth was only a myth, those disciples would have known it, and neither they nor Mary would have allowed it to be proclaimed.
It's significant that the most thorough Gospel account of the virgin birth was written by Luke, who was a medical doctor. If anyone knew the impossibility of a virgin birth it was Luke—and yet, after careful research, he knew it was a fact. The God who was powerful enough to create the whole universe also was powerful enough to bring Jesus into the world without a human father.
You will only understand the virgin birth of Jesus when you understand who He was: the divine Son of God, sent from heaven to save us from our sins. His miraculous birth was a sign, pointing the way to our salvation. Why not put your life into His hands?

Fret not oh dear friend.
The answer is a simple as can be.
God created DNA and Y chromosomes when He created Adam and Eve.
He could certainly place one little Y chromy wherever He wished now coudn't He??
Causing Mary to be with child is a far simpler task than creating an entire adult sized human.

This is Christian mythology, no more real than invisible green dragons, fairies, elves, Thor, Zeus, Odin, Krishna, the Tooth Fairy, Santa Claus, etc. etc. It's stupid to debate it as if it were real, because it isn't. If Jesus was human, as even the Bible says he was, then he was born. If he was born, he was conceived. And if he was human, that conception resulted a from a man having sex with his mother (Mary). In reality, I'm sure that the young couple Mary and Joseph bonked each other silly before conceiving little Jesus. And what's wrong with that???

Who's conception?
Since the Immaculate Conception refers to Mary.
Jesus' conception is referred to as Miraculous or Virginal.
So there's the answer: it's a miracle baby.

The angel said to her, ` The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you; therefore the child to be born will be holy; he will be called the Son of God`.

Don't worry about minor details like that. But if you need to know, ask God. Jesus was not a female.
