i scored a 80% in my 10th and 11th grade and will finish my 12th this year.i took up electronics as a subject and want to do engineering.where can i find better opportunities-in india or someplace else?i am interested in electronic engineering and want to join a university where there are better job opportunities too.

Do engineering in the city where you want to eventually want to be employed. Your employer will recognise the university and might have even gone there, so it will be easier to get a job.
The university won't make any difference to the knowledge you gain. 1 + 1 = 2 in all universities.

Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. Excellent engineering school. Best education for the buck (not too expensive).

If you have the money, Michigan Tech in Houghton, Michigan is a very good engineering school. Students from all over the world go there. And they get excellent jobs upon graduation.
