Could you give me some tips for enhancing my concentration ability?I want to focus myself in everything that I do and avoid daydreaming...I try to play chess and it hepls me a bit for having a better concentration.

Check the below link for a nice guide to various concentration techniques. I'll grant that is is incredibly hardcore, but it's intended as a primer for serious students of magic. The techniques within, however, are neutral and good mental exercises for anyone; mind-discipline more than anything.

Find the best time for your studies. Each eprson often works best at a certain time of day for me it's inthe evening to early am, for some it's early am it's not often on a 9-5 schedule. I find studying (or even playing) before bed gets me the best results.

Reserve some time daily. Sit com, don't think of anything, make your mind idle. Close your eyes, or put some light or some spot and view and that, after sometime your eyes close automatically then you see red spot, continue and practise it daily.. there you can improve

It's your brain, learn how to use it. I mean, it is you in there, isn't it? Take a look around and do a little house cleaning, then stock up on essentials, and learn how to make the most of them - it's all about management.

If you own a television set, destroy it. Your computer should probably go too, and mine as well for that matter. Anything that distracts you from whatever it is that you think really matters should be removed.

Ask him to remove the cloud of confusion that this everyday world imposes upon your mind.

I agree with kitia. Vizualization may help too, both those other things are pretty fundamental, a good start.

Try meditation. Focusing on your breathing. Yoga is good too.
