If you're using the conventional meaning of sodomite (i.e. one who engages in sodomy), then obviously not. Sodomy is a behavioral choice, and all modern sodomites are no more descended from the same person than all people who like the crust cut off their sandwiches.
If, however, you mean people that are from the city of Sodom, then... the answer is still no. When the word is interpreted as such, it becomes clear that by definition there can be no more Sodomites after Sodom ceases to exist.

An interesting question. I wonder if Sodom was struck down because of sodomy, or because the Sodomites were evil? I know a lot (no pun intended) of homosexuals who are not rapists. In fact, every homosexual I know is not a rapist. So could we draw the conclusion that homosexuals are not Sodomites?

Perhaps, there are some Sodomites who were not in Sodom the moment God destroyed it.

Lot was not a Sodomite. He was sent to Sodom to witness to them. Obviously they did not listen nor repent. For they were destroyed. But if you have the eyes to see. You will see the inhabitants of the new Sodom & new Gomorah throughout the society of the world. For the spirits that were prevelant in Sodom & Gomorah are still here and having a field day. For a short time.

No. A sodomite is someone who engages in sodomy which is any unnatural sex act whether its anal sex, oral sex, bestiality or even just masturbation. We are all sodomites (unless you don't engage in any of those acts) and Lot was a filthy old pervert that had drunken incest with his daughters.

No, Lot was a man of God so of course bad people wouldn't descend from him. Since the gay people were all killed by God, Satan sprang up years later and cast a spell on decent, God-fearing, upright, straight men and turned them gay. Even God couldn't intervene. Oh that Satan ... always getting his big stick in there and stirring things up. Well Lordy, Jesus sho nuff ain't gonna like that!
Praise the Lord for Baptists! Attached is an article about how they save gay people and put them on the Road to Righteousness.
