It is NOT dangerous. It is VERY GOOD FOR YOU! It is high in fiber and can lower your BAD Cholesterol.

Oatmeal isn't dangerous, it's the man on the oatmeal box that you have to watch out for.

Only if you are allergic to it. I would be sorry to hear that for it taste so good and is so good for you. My cat even knows that, I have to fight him off for my bowl of oatmeal. So, I break down and when I finish, I give him a teaspoon of it. he loves it too! If it were dangerous, it would not be sold in bread, by itself, etc, and advertised as so good for you. So, where did you get such misleading info that it is bad? I think Quaker oats and the health markets and the few farmers that are left would like to know.

Not sure where it is mentioned that oatmeal is dangerous. It is high in fibre which is good. Some says a regular diet of oats keeps cholestorol in check.

why would it be dangerous? oatmeal in fact is good for our health, especially the heart. it lessens the bodys cholesterol level. it also helps for the digestive sytem for good defacation bacause of the natural fibers.

how you got that doubt i dont know but it is known fact that oats are best source of fibre. oats plus milk mix is a good scrubber for the skin. it is taken as food suppliment for the needy.

Quite the opposite, it is rich in soluble fibre. Very good for you, ask any horse.
