Why do people feel the need to answer, when there's been no question asked?

Just because there is no question mark, there is often an implied question. I choose to answer the implied question rather than answering with a rude remark.

I am a Psychologist and a student of human nature and I am very interested in any behaviour that is a little bit different, odd, strange, eccentric, clever, challenging, etc.
Do you know why you have behaved in this way?
Are you trying to prove something to yourself? If so, what?
Or are you so desperate that you are resorting to being overly-creative?

because some of them feeling bored,
they want the 2 points very much (just to show off. GOSH!)
they want to get REAL popular and attention
or maybe, they want to meet new friends?
or maybe they don't even know what they are doing actually?
