from the day I started work over there she started telling me how bad the boss is and i have to get lost,after few months i see all she tries is to get rid of me,she invades my privacy,because her desk is beside me even i can't email anyone without her reading it, you cant believe it but she comes and says what you typing and reads every thing....
she doesn't let me to concentrate on my tasks.
i don't wanna report her to boss but how can i tell my boss to change my office. i don't want him to think that i am Obnoxious.

When you see her coming tell her you are very busy and she is distracting you.

Just tell her that she is interfering with your work and if it keeps up you will let the boss know he should be watching her. That should make her paranoid enough to stop.

She is doing this because you're letting her do it. Put her in her place. The minute she comes over, turn your monitor off and ask, "yes, what can I help you with?" If she is interfering with your tasks, you have to get tougher - tell her "I'm in the middle of something right now, we'll have to discuss this later." Use body language. Stand up in her presence. Walk away. Turn your back. Hold your hand up, palm out - it means "stop". Wave her off, it means "go away". If that fails, ask to be moved, but only as a last resort.

When you start typing an email, type something really offensive about someone or about her, maybe she will stop if she does not like what she is reading.
If that doesn't work, then tell her that she is distracting you from your work and that if she doesn't stop, you will speak to your boss about it.

You are working with a very nosy co-worker. Tell her to leave you alone and that you are trying to get your work done. If that doesn't help, confront your boss and explain the situation.
