First, figure out what he wants in a woman.
Second, be patient and keep an eye out for the woman that fits his parameters.
Third, once he thinks he has found her... make sure the attraction is mutual.
Fourth, make sure she and he are looking the same direction and not just at each other....
Knowing what you want in a mate is important. It is also important that you are what she wants in her mate.
Enduring love requires patience, consideration, communication(in and out of bed), similar goals, respect, etc.
Remember, personality will still be present long after looks have faded.

It doesnt matter how old you are, it tends to happen very naturally, and soon you will be answering other peoples questions on the same topic. If you make yourself available at the right places you will be noticed rather than sitting at home. Try out new things in life and make lots of friends, use discernment and remember that who ever you end up with you would have to spend your life with, so dont be overeager, girls like romantics but they hate desperate.

You should stop looking and just enjoy life. Participate in things you love and value and you'll eventually find someone who loves and values the same things. True love tends to happen spontaneously, when you least expect it. Stop obsessing and start putting that energy into living life to the fullest, it's far too short.

Continue to work on yourself and start doing things that you truly enjoy doing and you will meet her there, maybe. There's all kinds of places that you could meet the one for you, but just be patient and continue to look and don't give up, it will happen in the right time. I'm still waiting for the right guy, but I'm in no rush.
