Elvis I think is in Paradise-- but not the Paradise in California... Nice place to "drive by" , but I wouldn't want to be stuck there.

Don't know you though have never lived in Butte Country. Your question was what does Paradise, CA. mean to me.It means great hunting, Smokie Mt. Steak House, fishing, Grumpy's Hot Dogs, great friends Dave & Ellen,Aquatic Park, close enough to Chico (back in the day) to visit our son while he was in college,O'Rourke's, just to name a few "Elvis"

It's a misnomer and is in the middle of nowhere (I almost got a radio job in Paradise back in the early 80s)
