it depends on several things: how big is the flab? how much do you eat in a day, how active are you besides doing crunches? it takes more than crunches to get rid of flabs. you need to have a good diet, exercise, and the discipline to stick to them. if the flab is not too big, you're not that overweight, and you're pretty active besides doing the crunches, you have the chance of getting rid of it in maybe two months. but then again, it's still case to case basis.
walking is a good exercise. so is dancing. an hour or so a day of walking in the morning and dancing in the evening even in your room can do a lot of good. add your 100 crunches and you just might get what you want. but as in any exercise, do warm ups before doing any major walk or run.
also, try not to sit too much in front of the comp. i got a tummy doing that. good luck.

Depends on the quality of your crunches. Different sources will say different things. It also depends on the type of 'flab'... as far as I know, the agreed upon decision is that crunches, and exercises in general, aren't what burn fat. (..ehh.. good cardio workout might, but not the physical exercise, is the point.)
So, ..what crunches are really doing for you is tightening the muscles.. stomach in this case. The fact that it primarily only effects the muscles is why it's nigh impossible to get rid of "love handles" apparently. ...You'll find better results in doing 20-50 good crunches (making sure to include oblique [diagonal-ish] ones), than getting tired and forcing your way up to 100. ...if you can make it to 100 regardless, ..good. Keep up the good work.
Make sure you're keeping the small of your back on the ground; crunches done correctly don't need to be done with a lot of clearance off the ground. and bending the small of the back is much more likely to damage your spine, so be very careful, k?
In any case. If you actually stick with it, you will certainly feel results, even with 30 a day, within 5 days. It probably won't actually get rid of the fat, but it'll pull it against the muscles.. which helps.
good luck

Crunches will only tone, they will NOT get rid of the flab. If you want to tone, crunches will be great. If you want to get rid of the fat, then you should do aerobics. Also, muscle burns fat even while you're sleeping, so toned triceps, for example, might help to keep the fat off your stomach better than crunches. As for days, it depends on each person, how you're built, what you're eating, and what other exercises you are doing. Good luck!

Professional bodybuilders do only 3x20 crunches every 2-3 days and they have great-looking abs. Doing more than that is just a waste of time. Stomach fat isn't reduced with ab exercises but by dieting and aerobic exercise.

100 is not very many, realistically. Raise that up to 300 (do more than just normal crunches, you should have at least 5 or more ab exercises) and go on healthier diet, and you will see results.

1 day. coz, you will be dead by then(from the over-exercise) and the decomposing bacteria in the graveyard soil will be more than happy to take care of the flab (not only in your tummy, but everywhere). good luck.
