Hi Sonny...please do not give an ill feline any medication without first having a veterinarian diagnosing the cat. The reason is that human analgesics can cause severe liver damage or worse be fatal. If you would consider calling a vet and describing the symptoms they may be able to advise you if then if a visit is warranted. Although, everyone here is well-intentioned any suggestions could be more harmful rather than helpful. Only a medical professional--a vet-- should be entrusted.

Never ever give your cat panadol! This will cause liver failure in cats and kill them. Bring your cat to the vet instead.

Human medication should not be given to pets unless first consulting with your vet. The reason being that humans and animals often vary in their response to drugs. Both paracetamol and aspirin are highly poisonous to cats. If you're truly worried about your cat, please take it to a vet.
