Yes, there is an automatic switch which will turn off the microwave generator when the door opens.

You should not use metal utensils in the microwave, they will distort the microwave field and may cause sparking. You can use a metal utensil to stir the food once the door is open.

Yes, you can open the door. The microwave should automatically shut off. You can use the metal utensils for stirring food, just remember to take them out before restarting the oven.

when you open the door your microwave will shut off... so, yes, of course it is ok to open it. You will typically need to stir food several times while it is cooking. Don't leave your utensils in the microwave as it can cause the microwave to blow up, literally. I don't know the technical reasons... I think it has something to do with the magnetic waves inside... or something. ;)

Sure the oven turns off automatically when the door is opened.

Don't use metal containers in the oven. I've left metal spoons and forks inside with no trouble. Just don't let them touch the insides of the oven.

It automatically turns off when you open the door and only use metal if you want to blow your new microwave up. Little suggestion, read the instruction manual...

NO METAL EVER, UNLESS IT IS COMPLETELY COVERED.
Sorry for caps, I just don't want you to start a fire.
Opening the door while a microwave is running is inadvisable, for the simple reason that microwaves bounce around in there and they can cook you too.
