You do not need a psychiatrist or doctor.
Before I answer your question may i point out a few things
1) Your sexual addiction is a habit rather than a pure pysical need. so this addiction causes you to think that unless you have some form satisfaction( now this part is mental) It is no more than a baby who needs a pacifier or an old man who have to have their medical oil before they can sleep.
2) Yes, excessive mustabation is unhealthy especially for a woman than a man. The reason is that it would weaken the kidney too much as you age according to the chinese medicinal believes
3) Your addiction is too way back and even if you see a psychiatrist, you would not be able to get the real help unless the psychiatrist are able to do regression for you.
4) Last but not least, at the rate that you go, no man or boyfriend can cope up with you as for now. Hence you would want more and more and more exciting things. Now this part is again mental as you have to calm down your mind
5) Lack of focus on the real things in life. To you your life predominates around sex. For a person like that to have no other focus is largely going to be caughting troubles in the future. Hence,. It is impotant that you rechannel such focus and energy.
The expected time for cure can be about 3 - 4 months and the first 2 weeks are hardest. If you can make it, you will be cure.
during this 2 weeks inception, please also tell your boyfriend not to have sex with you.

Hey there you helped me out in "How can i know a girl is having her period?"....... so now its my chance to help.
Talking about hyper sex drive.....though i 'm a virgin.... I started masturbating from 9th grade.....i started with 3-4 times a day....by the time i reached 10th grade ....i did it 8 times a day....while most boys were comtempt by just 2 times a day..... boys cannot go for these masturbation marathons as easily as women.....so you see i was much above normal libido. This was the time when I was perfectly normal and so are you.
Then then when i went to college things drastically changed and i went in a state of extreme depression(for more than I reason and i'm still in depression so i can understand you).....I was so depressed that i couldnt do it now(think from 8 times to 0)....so i went to the psychiatrist he gave me antidepressants which made my libido drop even more.....now my penis has a problem erecting. I talked to my doctor he said its due to my depression and the antidepressants. So this is abnormal....you having a high libido(sex drive) makes you better than normal rather than abnormal. Just make sure when you have sex... dont do it more than once a day as addiction is bad.
I saw your previous question... saying that you were depressed... i ask you this ... if you are depressed then i'm suprised to learn then you have such a high libido .... i'm depressed and i cant even reach orgasm now....

I am not a professional but in my humble opinion I don't think you would be considered as unhealthy or abnormal. I do, however believe that some kind of psychiatric help can be of value. The fact that your sex drive is so demanding is somewhat disturbing to you and I'm sure it takes its toll. It may even cause you to accept lovers you wouldn't ordinarily. Go to your local library and do research on nymphomania(though you might not considered as such)...its causes and who can help you release the pressure.
Having a healthy sex drive in itself is far from being unhealthy. I am sure though that you would like to free up some of the time you spend thinking about the act and would like to have better control over it.

I think it is very unhealthy to have high sex frive coz most guys will not be able to take it. In the long run it will affect your relation with your bf or spouse too. I suggest you can try to visit a psychiatrist to see what is the recommend solution to your problem

Yes it is unhealthy mentally. Try focus on other things to keep you busy than thinking from between your legs.
There is no doc or shrink that can actually help you except your own. Discipline is the key.
Good luck
