depends really. is he a lecherous kinda guy who oggles everything in a skirt and then makes nasty comments??
if so, then he wouldn't be my friend anyway. i have a few guy friends who will give me the once over and tell me i'm looking great and it doesn't bother me cause these are the same guys who tell me i look great when i show up in sweats straight from the gym and smell a bit gamey.
and no it doesn't matter if i find them attractive - if we're friends than their physical beauty is not my concern, and if they look great on any given day, i'll tell them too.
and then - doesn't looking great really come from the inside anyway??
p.s. total milf giving the answer. but not one of those fake booby try to dress to young for her age milf's just one that is comfy with her own self and sexuality.

If a guy is checking out my body and I know and like him, it's flattering. If it's a total stranger, say like the drunk begging me for change on a street corner (smelling like urine and booze), or someone who shouldn't be (say a teacher or a friend's dad)--then it's creepy. If it's a male relative, it's also creepy. If it's a girl, and she's looking me over, I assume it's for inspection and I hope I pass! I'm a drone in need of approval!!!

it easily relies upon. i visit't even remember the superb time a non-creepy old guy or something checked me out.i'm of direction flattered, if it really is someone who's alluring - yet i'm nevertheless shy about it.I both snort or say um ok? xD. BQ: Yeah -__- regularly old adult adult males. looool continually on my own. BQ: i do not fairly look at a guy.per chance very few glances, to make certain if their face is warm or something.

Honestly, if I've taken the time to dress up, I appreciate knowing that someone is enjoying my work! I'm flattered....doesn't matter if I'm attracted to you or not. I consider it a compliment. Not it can get creepy if your "scan" turns into a gwak.....or if their is any drool involved!

Depends. if they're stare'n and they're much older than me, i find that creepy, if they just glance at my body, and then look up and smile at me, i find that flattering. but stare'n and going "mm yeah" and making indecent comments, i find that unattractive and id think the boy was just lookin for a quick piece and wouldnt give him a second glance.

I feel flattered if he is respectable about it, if that makes any sense. If you can tell he is digging what he sees, that is okay, but if his tongue is hanging out and he is drooling that's another story. That is just creepy. And if he is a lot older or has a creepy glare..yah that's just plain creepy! hehe :)

It's flattering, as long as you make it clear you like what you see. Give her an appreciative smile.

I think its creepy. I go everywhere with my wedding ring on my finger and 3 kids attached to my hands or hip. Any guy who doesn't respect marriage is just yucky.
For your scenario, I'd only like it if (being single), I found you attractive. If I don't like you to begin with, then it would be creepy and rude.
