What might be the problem is that the Prozac needs to be adjusted. As with most meds it is like doing a ballancing act to get the right amount of medication you need. Talk to your doctor and let them know what is going on. I am sure they can help.

Best of luck.

Sometimes it's normal for medication to "peak" out and stop working the way it should. There are many good drug therepy tx.s out there. Talk to your Dr. and maybe you can find a new one. Don't ever just stop taking an anti-depressant. You have to slowly taper off of them, even if you feel they are not working any longer.

YES it can change. Go back into your Psychiatrist. Let 'em know it's not working the right way. YOU might have to have the dosage increased. I did!

You might just need to switch to another med like Wellbutrin or Zoloft. Tell your doctor.
