Most of the over the counter laxatives work well. If you are looking for something more mild and takes about 8 hours to work Milk of Magnisum works well, Doculax or Ex-lax. If you are looking for something more powerful and faster Fleet Phosphosoda (used for cleaning prep for colonoscopies) works great.

first of all 2 all those ppl who mocked u ''get a life'' u obvs hant got a good lif eif u feel the need 2 mock other ppls! i odnt think you should take a laxative, laxative rnt made for loosing weight! i know its gonna b very hard but ur obvs willing 2 loose weight- so try cutting down on your portion size , cut it in half and always leave a mouthfull of food on ur plate! fill up on water drink loadz of water it will fill u up and it will flush toxins out of ur body! adn exercise just a 10 min walk every day is a good start and as u start 2 feel better increas the amouth of time u walk for then try other thing! good luck, and ignor the sad ppl that mock u!

X lax is pretty effective I hear.

But before you try that I'd go with some natural techniques, like eating more bran and fibers. Prunes are also pretty good.

A family member of mine takes Metamucil & has for years. I don't know what your diet is like but you could also try eating more fruits & vegetables if you don't already. And drink more water every day too.

its this natural medicine its a remedie but its in the spanich speaking market it called "Cascara Sagrada" it takes like 1 or two days to work so you take it and then later you get the feeling and you just have to go no matter what your doing but it works so check it.
