Yes so if you work there and want to drink pepsi then I suggest you to empty out a water bottle, or something like that and fill it with pepsi and say its coke or something else.

certainly, they can do nothing,its matter of freedom. you can drink your favorite no matter for which company you work for. its like using foreign products though there are national products of same kind. YOu will justify by saying you like the quality of pepsi more. If they want you to drink coca cola they should upgrade the quality...

Apparently they make you sign a paper that states you cant use a competitors product while on the clock or in company uniform.
