Ask your girlfiriend in private first. You should not ask in front of the parents, because then she has to say yes. Please dont push the fact either. If she seems like she doesn't want to then just shrug the idea off, but tell her that the invitation is always there. *** HINT***The best time to have these dinners is on a holliday taht you will be able to mingle with the entire family.

Depends on your girlfriend...do you think she is ready for her parents to meet you? But besides that, I say YES. Usually this impresses the parents if you do a good job. Also, it also gives your gf the notion that you want a long term relationship...maybe even marriage one day. To me, I don't see anything negative about asking them to dinner...so go for it!!!

YES!! even though if she doesnt like it, i think her parents meeting your parents is a good thing. I remember during my prom, i wanted to take this girl but her parents wouldnt let her so I invited 'em over to meet my parents and after that her parents let her go. Nothing to do with this question but looked how much trust they gave me.

Depending on how old you are, how long you've been together and who you live with.......maybe a better idea would be to go out for dinner? I just think it'd be weird for me to bring my parents to my boyfriends house unless his parents were also there.

I don't know about that one I would suggest bringing it up in conversation and watch listen to her reaction and watch her body language if she acts awkward then I would say pass or bring it up when you are with her parents and she is out of the room and see how they respond. Sound like a good idea to me! Good Luck!

Well its a good idea.
But it all depends if your parents and her parents are in good relationship, or if you thnk they can get along preety well then its ok.
And bear in mind that everythng is perfect.

ask her first if she would feel comfortable with that if she is then extend the invitation to her parents...if they accept make sure u clean ur house especially ur bathroom and take any compromising things out(ie...condoms...)of the medecine cabnet
