I cannot take time off of work to go out of town because I cannot afford it. Money is very very tight, and I had been working two full time jobs, but that was getting to be to much so I am just working as much as I can at my one full time job. I just can't seem to get on top.

I live with my fiance, who works nights mainly and I can't really sleep while he isn't here, so I am tired most of the time. My dog is very ill and keeps throwing up on everything, so I am trying to comfort her until Monday when we have a vet appointment.

I am trying to plan a wedding and plan a trip to move across the country in a couple of months.

Everything is adding up, and its taking its toll on my health. I am getting physically sick when I eat, and my hair is starting to fall out.

I know this probably sounds insane, but is there any way that you guys know of that I can learn to relax and de stress? Just stuff at home for free or inexpensively, nothing major.

What do you do to relax?

Awwww I am soooo sorry that you are so stressed .. normally you just need to find ways to unwind and relax. Exercise is amazing to help beat off stress and depression. In addition, eating healthy will help as well. Try to get some sleep when you can.. also when you get a chance have a evening with your boyfriend of just the two of you. Find away to get away from it all, laugh and just be thrilled to be together. I hope things get better, however if these don't work you may want to try counseling. I know when my husband was deployed something helped as well ... was writing. Blogging is great to relax tension, thoughts in the head, etc.

Long, nice, warm, aromatic bath. Some people like a bath with a sea salt. (Long shower will do, if no bath tub.)

Is there any way your fiance can get a daytime shift, at least temporarily, or at least a few days in a week? Sleep is pretty important.

Weddings stress people out. How important for you to have it, or to have it "perfect"? You are way more stressed about this event than the event worth it. Consider making it smaller, for the sake of your own health. People are different, of course, and people have different priorities... But 10 years later, the wedding itself will seem pretty minor. You are more important than your wedding or its size. Take it easy. Wedding is a party, all there is to it.

Fix the things that cause the stress then the stress will go away.

1. Postpone the wedding until you can better cope with it.
2. Get your fiance to change jobs and spend more time with you.
3. You're obviously spending too much money if you need 2 jobs. Work just one job and re-adjust your spending to suit your income.

meditations
you arent sleeping but you arent really awake either. You can really re-energise your self with proper relaxing meditations.
SLEEP! I realise that you cannot sleep with out your man being home .. have you thought of natural sleep aids > chamomille tea? Or even a perscription sleep aid?
I realsie that money is tight but it might do you good to take 1-2 days off a month. on those days do nothing !!!

That is all I can really tell you. I understand what you are going through as I have been there!
Try the meditations .. see if that helps you.

Go to your doctor and get on something to help you relax. I take Xanax occasionally for anxiety and it helps. It sounds like you are just overworked and over stressed! It will get better once all the crap is over, but if you do not calm yourself, you are going to have an heart attack or stroke! But more likely to have nervous breakdown!
