My daughter Julia is 12 and I usually leave her alone at home.That's probably illegal but I think she needs to learn how to take care of herself.And if I didn't leave her alone,how would she be able to do sex with her boyfriend?He is 16 and his grandmother is usually at his home,so they can't do it there.But when they ask me I go out and let them be teenagers.So why is it illegal t leave 12-year-old girl alone?

i think it is illegal everywhere to have sex when you are twelve to bad it doesnt stop half of the population

Are you serious? Where I live they cannot stay home alone until they are 14 years old. And you leave the house so they can have sex? You seem like you don't want to be a mother but a friend. She is only 12, why are you letting her have sex....let her finish high school first. Her boyfriends grandmother is always home b/c she is being a parent!!! How do you know that she wants her grandson having sex? You are something!!!

I don't think it is illegal to leave a 12 year old alone. Call social services and make sure. I think when I called, this was the answer I got.
I wouldn't leave a 12 year old with a 16 year old boy if I felt they might have sex. 12 year olds are too young for sex.

On my opinion.
It's a very bad "mom" behavior.
Don't ever let your 12 year old daughter at home all alone. She could start a fire, be robbed, be kidnapped, and stuff.
Don't ever let your daughter have sex in such a very young age!
She may become pregnant and It'll be a lot of trouble!
Turn her first into an adult or at least 18 to have sex, or much better: until marriage!!!!!!!
Be responsible. Let God enter your life!

OK let me get this straight..you want to know if you can leave your 12 year old daughter home alone.....That isn't a problem...Most 12 year old are able to take care of themselves.......
But the rest of your question about letting her and her bf have time alone for sex...You are kidding right..

Good god woman! SHe's 12. it may be okay to leave her home alone but hell.....where im from its illegal for her to have sex. Wake up to urself and start taking some responsibility. You allow your 12y/o daughter to sleep wit her 16y/o boifriend? Its sik. Do you also put applications in at brothels and porn studio's for her?? you might as well you're teaching a child that its okay to be a skank. thats what she'll be if you dont start being a role model!!! wise up lady and start setting an example!!

I think at age 12 you are suppose to use your own discretion based on your childs maturity level, but you can only leave them for a few hours at a time. Umm also, she is a CHILD and children do not need to be having sex.
