If you're in USA, a lot of communities have free classes through the churches. If you didn't obtain your high school diploma here, you could take GED classes. They're free also. Where ever you are, if you have some english speaking person that can help you, read something out loud to them every night so they can help and correct your pronunciation. My husband reads the english subtitles on movies and tv programs as someone else on here suggested. It takes time, just keep practicing.

Without using conventional learning tools offered...? Try english speaking movies with subtitles in english so you can read and listen and repeat. Get english speaking friends to practice with you over some coffee and crumpets. Good luck dear. :D

For speaking, you must practice with your partner everyday. You need to record your voice in your cassette and listen to your voice. Decide whether your voice is same to the native speaker's or not. Keep on trying until your voice is not different from the native speaker's.
For listening, you must listen to the radio, the tape, CD , VCD, etc. You need to listen English songs and see English movies and recognize the usage, what they speak, sentence structure, phrase, etc.
