chocolate freezes very well. Otherwise try a ziploc bag or an air tight tupperware container.

I was going to say almost exactly what Kitia said. It also helps to put any opened packaged food into tupperware containers (WITH the packages).

if your talking about chocolate chip cookies......put them in a Tupperware container and add a slice of bread, should keep them soft and fresh

Well,as soon as ready make sure you put that in a clean & dry jar,cover it and turn as hard as you can til you hear a click making it airtight.Preserve those in a cool & dry place in your stockroom.And when you use it,refrigerate so it doesn't invite molds.
