im looking for a catholic church that will do conformations in one(1) day if possible!!!

Tijuana is a big city, and the majority religion is Catholicism, so there's a lot. Here are a few:

El Catedral de Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe
Parish of San Ignacio de Loyola, Tijuana Baja California-Mexico

The problem is that you want confirmation in one day. The bishop is the only one who is able to do confirmations, and he usually has a big circuit to run among all the parishes. Also, it's strongly suggested that you study with a priest or Catholic mentor for some weeks ahead of time. Of course this isn't mandatory, and I don't think that the bishop would outright refuse anyone who wanted to be confirmed, I doubt he'd be willing or able to do so on one (1) day's notice.

You should call about their requirements for receiving Confirmation. Unless there is a chance of death, instruction is required by teens and adults requesting the sacrament.
