how can i cure my cold, without taking panadol?

Wow I haven't heard about Panadol in a Long time.. That is a Puertorican Acetaminophen it is for fever not the cold.. Take lots of Vitamin C and you can buy a Spray, Zicam and it will go away withing couple of days.. Feel Better !!

Let it run it's course, eat good, drink plenty of fluids, and rest. It will run through and be gone before you know it.
