Hello,
Okay what i normally do, is although i feel that my body can take the same weights training everyday, i do not know that, for fear for pulling a muscle and damaging a lingament.
What i do is alternative training, for e.g Monday wednesday and friday, will be fully upper body training, all the bench press, pull ups, sit ups, push ups, and for the alternate tues, thurs and sat, i do lower body exercises, like butterfly kicks, squats, calf press, and on sunday, i would strongly recommend you do some 'physiotherapy' exercises, for me i go swimming, as it relaxes the muscle.
I would say its better to keep working every day, as it builds up your discipline, and well, i believe any one can well afford the time.

I work out every day but I vary my routine. It's a good idea to allow certain muscles to rest for at least a day, but it depends on how heavy your weights are, as well. A lot of reps will keep you toned without over-tiring the muscles. Doing different things on different days will help keep your metabolism up. Cardio exercises are good to do everyday, and the largest muscle is the heart. I think if a person is heavily into weight-lifting then that rule you were talking about applies, otherwise on a smaller scale lifting weights daily is alright. Kudos to you for wanting to be healthy-it's rare in this day and age. Have a fantastic evening.

It's best to try to work out every day, giving yourself at least one day of rest, if the kind of work out you're doing is lifting weights. It's not necessary to lift weights every day for good results. In a recent study, it was found that those who lifted weights only twice a week had 88% of the muscle benefits and 87% weight loss of those who worked out five days a week. Also, your muscles can quickly get used to a certain routine, so try alternating workouts to give yourself the full benefit.

People who lift weights every day don't exercise the same muscle groups every day. Typically people who are very experienced weight trainers/bodybuilders recover faster and have different weekly routines that prevent overtraining of muscles.
If you're just starting out, you're best off working out at most, 3 times a week till your body gets used to it. As you become more experienced and as your body becomes adjusted, you can safely increase the amount of time you go to the gym.
My advice, there are tons of magazines, websites, and helpful people that can properly teach you how to begin weight lifting.

Those people who work out every day probably work different muscle groups. Like on some days, they work out their upper body, on other days their legs, etc etc. If it's your first time working out in a while and you end up waking up sore the next day, take a break for a day or two until you're feeling better and make sure to stretch your muscles. If you work out while feeling sore, you won't be building any muscle.
I think you should only work five days a week, at the most. Most people I know do three times a week.

it really is no longer undesirable to workout consultation on a daily basis, yet basically be positive you do not late it. also, once you're utilising resistance bands, it really is like utilising weights. you don't desire to artwork an same muscle team on a daily basis. once you artwork the muscle perplexing, it breaks down the fibers and strengthens them at the same time as they get better, so that you want to furnish those muscular tissues an afternoon to get better and heal. i might want to represent operating diverse muscle communities on another day... ie - artwork your hands, decrease back and chest on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, your legs, butt and abs on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. For Sunday, get outdoors and bypass for a walk or run for some cardio! desire this permits!
