There is a Satanic Bible, yes. Actually many these days attempt to use the fact of the impact and long lasting power of the Bible by calling their work on other topics as the bible on that topic. To me that speaks of the power of a book started at least 3000 years ago. I cant think of anything else that old that has survived the hatred and intolerance that the Bible has.

"I think "hell" is just a scare tactic used by different religions to try and convert people to their beliefs. " And likewise I think that a pavement next to a building is just a scare tactic to prevent people from jumping from roofs.

There is in fact a "Satanic Bible", written by Anton La Vey. Its philosophies follow the teachings of Alister Crowley of Britain, known as the "most evil man in the world".
The "bible's" basic idea is "do what you want", taken from Crowley's "Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the law".

Satanism is a destructive and dangerous subculture, but not one to be laughed at or taken lightly. Thousands believe this stuff wholeheartedly and have given their lives for it.

Don't dabble with it unless you have done your research.

The closest representation of hell's bible that I am aware of was written by Anton Levay. As far as a bible written and represented by Archangel Lucifer I know of no such book. Please note that such books are among my shelf and a common study. I do not recommend playing in the world of Satanists. They do not tolerate any disrespect or misrepresentation within their orders. I am not a Satanist but I know several. Most of them only follow a philosophy that has no relation to the holy bible or Satan for that matter.

Aleistar Crowley wrote several books on the subject of "Satanism". In reality he was only saying one thing:
Do as though will be it the whole of the law.

This translates as do whatever you please as long as its not illegal.

I also know Devil Worshippers. They are the ones who worship Lucifer. They are not people to toy with, nor are they something I will discuss further then saying they exist.

Hails to the truth,
Silence

Written by Anton LeVay (sp). Ironically, Mr. LeVay doesn't really believe in Satan. He wrote it as a counterpoint to Christianity or religion in general.
He stated once that if there were a Satan, then he sure wouldn't want to be worshiped, as this is one of the reasons he left paradise. Because he didn't want to worship God. So, as he put it, it would be hypocritical of him to expect to be worshiped. It's nonsense to me though.

I hear that it has books like the Bible. And that is best book is written by Satan's best demon named 'Jesus' (not the real Jesus but his name is Jesus).

So who's answering your prayers?

There is a Satanic bible but it is not about Satan. Satanists do not believe in Satan. It's only a book of philosiphy.
