just do all you can to be the best person you can --to attract the best people into your life that you can and therefore the best women, too: a good job doing something that makes your heart sing. lots of hobbies that you love. participation in a religion that is important to you, for example. do as much as you can to live your dreams to the best of your ability. this is attractive.
and if nothing else --your life will be full.
a big part of this at least from the guy's side, is taking the huge risk of asking girls out.
Start small --with girls that are friends and ask them to go on practice dates with you. Go to coffee or to lunch first, ask them for advice on what to do.
a good movie to watch for tips is My Date with Drew.
but also --put a lot of effort into your appearance: hair, clothes, teeth. and get help from someone you know whose appearance you admire.

This is kind of a vague question, not sure what you are aiming for.
Take the advice from 40 year old virgin, plant lots of seeds (ask many girls out). The more you ask, eventually you'll get one. It's hard to ask girls out, I know.
Keep in mind, it's much better being rejected than never asking.
If it helps you, I saw a question one time about is a gay attractive if he is 20something and a virgin, and it was a unanimous yes.
Maybe try getting the word out that you are a virgin, and maybe that will encourage girls to go after you? Could work...

I don't think there's anything wrong with that. You'll find the right girl eventually. There's no rule that says that you have to have done so by a certain age and I see no reason why you should have to run out and (a) find a girlfriend fast and (b) kiss a girl right now just to prove something to society or to fulfill some societal edict.

You are a very lucky person for one, but there is not a thing wrong with that. I'm pretty sure u would rather be like that than to be like me and I'm only 19yrs. old and I got with someone at15yrs.old and got heart broken after 3years of a relationship and finding out I was haveing a child and that he was cheating.

Build your life and become successful. Stand up for what you believe in and grow in stature. Become as strong as you can be. I don't know if it will help, it never did for me and I'm old and was never very popular, either. People told me I was nice looking, but it didn't seem to help.
