I just want to know what these terms mean:
1. high voltage pull up register
2. IDDH
3. IIL

I know what a "pull-up resistor" is, but never heard of the other terms. If you have a circuit that outputs voltage between a low level (maybe zero volts) and a high lever (maybe 5 volts), the output may not be able to reach the high level. An example of this kind of output is an open-collector transistor. The collector must be connected to the high voltage level or there will be no output. The resistor used to make this connection is called the "pull-up resistor". Even circuits that have resistors in their output (such as TTL integrated circuits) may need a boost on the output to reach the high-level voltage, so a pull-up resistor is added.

I've been bullying electrons around for a bit over 50 years and I don't recognize **any** of those terms.

Some specialized area of some sort perhaps.
