It seems rather straightforward. There's supposed to be legions of angels in heaven.

Because there busy watching the people who can go to church and most abused and/or abducted children can't go there.. In other words there selective... but thats my point of view and im agnostic so idk

I guess you would have to believe in past lives. Souls come to this earth to experience different human conditions to learn something. So the experience is necessary for the education of the soul, and angels can't interfere with divine plans.

(Exodus 20:4) The LORD said, "You shall not make for yourself an idol, whether in the form of anything that is in heaven above, or that is on the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth. You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I the Lord your God am a jealous God, punishing children for the iniquity of parents, to the third and the fourth generation of those who reject me."
Most of the children who die are probably decendants of idolater and worshippers of false gods. They deserve nothing but torture and punishment, and that's just what GOD gives them! Straight to Hell for eternity! Hallelujah!

They do, but they can't be seen. Angels can't help sinners, and good people will goto heaven anyway.
If you saw an angel you would probably die. We cannot stand their presence (unless we totally follow Christ and have no sin)

Hi, GOD has a reason for everything,sometimes we don't understand, but thats how it is.everyone has a guardian angle, and if GOD orders them not to help this time,your on your own.But most of the time,your guardian angle is right with you.
