um just close ur eyes. or u can count sheeps.( it doesn't work, i counted up to 2461 before i had to give up on it, i can't believe i still remember). think of something u want to do tomorrow.

Drink alot of alchol or smoke alot of pot or if if have perscription pain pills they work good to. Tell me which works the best

um wat helps me is thinking about sumthing boring like sitting in class listening to the teacher ramble on, or try wating the learning channel
