The person who served you will lose their job and possibly get fined, not to mention the owner of the establishment will also be fined and closed down for a few days as punishment by the state alcohol board. They could even lose their alcohol permit.

No, breaking the law is breaking the law. Just because you are a minor doesn't get you off the hook for serving to other minors. In fact, you will be in even greater trouble because:
1. you are a minor
2. you obtained alcohol...illegal for a minor
3. you are corrupting other minors
4. you are old enough to know that you are under the legal age limit for alcohol
And, imagine how much more trouble you will be in if one of those minors imbibes too much and dies from alcohol poisoning. Be wise, don't break the law.

Legally, it depends on what state you are in. 20 US states have no official drinking age but it is illegal for anyone under 21 to purchase alchohol in the United states.

You should already know the answer to your question. No, it is not alright to either serve alcohol to minors or consume alcohol if you are a minor. Besides not being good for you, it is illegal.

It would be illegal to be in possession of it, and very possible that your parents and/or legal guardians could be charged with contributing to the deliquency of a minor because of your actions. They would have to pay for the crime you committed.

The LAW says minors shall not consume alcohol... how you got it is criminal and anything you do with it, is criminal.
sorry but that is the law even if everyone doesn't agree with it, its still the law...
