I was watching a tv commercial about a drug call Cialis. It said one side effect is "priapism" an erection lasting 4 or more hours and you need to seek medical attention. I think any guy would be bragging to everyone and a doctor is not going to provide you with the help you'd be wanting. I have seen some erections last that long and he never stop and insisted on seeing a doctor. I bet a man would look really hot in that hospital gown in that condition.

I don't know about 4 hours, but I know I've had one, either fully or mostly erect for over 3 hours!! ... probably, on a few occasions, really.
But you do feel tired later, even if you haven't climaxed!!
