Not all wiccans are witches for those who do not know....but I don't believe I've ever met a witch that wasn't wiccan. I am also interested in how you chose your path and what the path is.

i dont claim the tittle witch and practice no spellwork either and i think i'm a pure wiccan but i do practice magick all religions have magick in it even christians have it, and i chose not to have spellwork in my life because i was a christian once and i dont know it seems scary in a way, but i cant say that a have no spells in my book of shadows though i do have a protection spell thats the only spell though (for now)

I was brought up with my mom practicing Wicca. For the most part it was just rituals. I'm now 27 and have chosen Judaism as my path but I still believe in many of the Wiccan ways. I believe in meditation.

I know you want to know how many Wiccans on here are witches, but I just felt the need to answer anyways. Sorry. I am Wiccan. I just don't do spellcraft. I do rituals, which aren't the same as spellcraft in my opinion, so I don't know if that qualifies me as a witch or not.

I think it's about a 50/50 thing on Wiccans that perform spells, some do some don't. The backfire that can happen because of it is one reason behind that. I've met quite a few that do not do Magick actually. The terminology is also a factor in this, lots who don't do Magick term themselves a witch and lots that do term themselves Wiccan. I am Celtic Generational by they way.

And not all witches are wiccan. See the Christians ready to drown you. You just met a Christian witch, (by their standards). Jesus is my Savior, and I do dream interpretations, tarot, and other taboo things!

Yeah , I know ...........hard to believe. My path is healer, and antagonist. Go figure!

I'm a Jewish Wiccan hybrid. I've kinda forged my own religion and I'm still working on it but I figure as long as I'm at peace with my spirituality, everything is good.

I don't know any that don't use both terms. (I'm a Pagan, but not Wiccan.)
