I am going for one day trip. What are the other places to see near WTC? How much I have to walk for those?

Thanks in advance.

Yes that is a walkable distance, just make absolutely sure you have a map - it is not hard to get turned around in that part of Manhattan. You can also check out the Bull on wall street, the various skyscrapers down there, Battery Park, the water, and of course the Brooklyn Bridge itself.

Yes it is definitely walkable. Down there you can also get a ferry to the Statue of Liberty or Ellis Island. You can also just take the Staten Island ferry for free and at least see the Statue of Liberty. Other things are South Street Seaport, the Skyscraper museum, the Police museum, Wall Street and the NY Stock Exchange, The Bodies Exhibit at South Street Seaport is awesome, Chinatown isn't too far, or Little Italy. Have fun.
