I like Hiroyuki Sakai (of the Original Iron Chef show from Japan), then Mario Batali (of Iron Chef America) he seems to win everytime. Wolfgang Puck includes in my list also.

Paula Deen because she is down home and fun and I'm a southner so she hits home. But I agree with the asker, Anthony is a trip, also Jim from The Secret Life Of, Bobby Flay and of course Emeril!
