Why do you think we get judged more harshly in society? Not only do women get judged by men who believe subconciously a double standard that they would never openly admit to, but ladies also compare and judge each other without remorse?

I think its because woman USED to be just mothers and wives. That was all we were here for. Now we are so many more things (some good some naughty) and society is just dying to give a label to it all.
I try my hardest never to judge any woman for what she does in her own life, as long as it is not affecting anyone else (for example being a terrible mom). I hope we can all try to be more tolerant of each other because the double standard is stupid as hell.

Its the backlash of feminism, by keeping us constantly striving for an unattainable physical perfection, men prevent us from striving for equality and the top jobs/careers. Woman judge other women even more harshly than men because this striving has created a very competitive feel amongst women.
A recent survey showed that over 80% of women would rather be more beautiful than have 10points added to their IQ

I think it has to do with history. Women were seen as these fragile women that were always supposed to listen to the male of the household. That's why we're judged more in society, we're supposed to still be that fragile woman. However times have changed.
I think that women compare and judge eachother all the time because it's a competition. It could be over anything...the stupidest thing. You wish you had her boobs, her earrings, her man...anything!! Women are jealous creatures and always want to cosiderer themselves better than others...it's all competition.

is like this some men disrespect ladies and young ladies like getting called a whore or ***** and slut now the reason is some women does not have self-respect and some men dont thats why some get judged for no reason even girls if they dress (fly) which means beutiful or cute some females get judge becuase they have all the atenchion people are jealous just ingore them and be more confident

Men get judged just as harshly, but in a different sence.
While we are sterotyped as dumb, horny, egotistical, and over animalistic neandethals; Women are judged on an individual level.
So what would you rather deal with?
Unbased sterotype?
Or individual judgement?

i think with men, the only people really judging them are other men. where as women are not only judged by other women but men are judging them at the same time.

properly sweetie, to allow you to realize the truth, maximum women love the 6-%.. i'm one in each of them. yet, i understand a lot of girls who like obese men, they imagine this is cute;) purely ask your self, "would I ever date a obese woman"? if he answer is not any, then i'd advise jumping on the stair carry close! good success!:) P.S. once you've a good searching face, i'd not worry:)

Im not sure why but it is wrong. It is true that men get away with alot more physically and socially than women.

you girls a judged harshly cus the guys hafta pay for all the dates and the wedding rings (do you pay for our rings?) so you better be worth all that time and money

cuz were more.......we have more "parts" men can get away with bein a lil over weight but we dont or if were not 'big' enough or if we dont have a pretty face
