Ya, of course. Sleeping helps in digestion. But u should walk for 15-20 minutes after taking meal

I have trouble sleeping if i eat anything before going to bed.It makes me feel sick to my stomach and over stuff.I go to bed with a little hunger pain and i sleep better that way.each person are different.

It would be hard to because of all that sugar, drink sleeping pills, milk, or coffee with tons of milk. Sweets make you energetic by giving your body temporary energy out of glucose.

Nope not at all! Chocolate has so much sugar, it sends me on a sugar rush. I think it's caffinated too. I'm not sure.

I have no trouble sleeping after eating sweats ,but some do ,so how well do you usually do when you eat sweats? ,if it gives you a boost then dont eat it at night ,
