Personally I skip lunch to have a 20 to 30 mins nap. And it charges me up for the rest of the day.

They don't call it power nap for no reason

If you do this on your lunch period or a legal break, fine. It's called a power nap and works wonders for some people.

it depends on the person. Sometimes you just need like 20mins to get together then get back to work, and if you don't get it you move slow and get less work done. Some companies like Progressive have quiet rooms in their corporate offices for their employees to go and rest. Just a room with lots of couches no noise
