the answer is really yes and no. i highly doubt you could get brain damage from cracking your back, however, its probably not good for your back, like cracking your knuckles, cracking your back, neck or jaw can probably lead to serious arthuriteus. cracking your back temporarily makes your back stop hurting, but it does sometimes give you a heade ache and i wouldnt doiubt that it could cause permanent damage of some kind. as much as i dislike doctors, it would probably be best to speak with one concerning your problem

Probably it's not as bad as brain damage, but yes, if your friend crack them the wrong way you can get the headaches.

If I were you I'd see a professional chyropractor and had your spine re-adjusted.

Not sure about brain damage but it sure can injure nerves and such. I'd never, ever, ever let someone crack my back unless they were a physician. Hey, that's where the spinal cord and nerves are, hello...

consult to a bone specialist... most of back injuries are left untreated by most of us... they say that it just cracked out... when your back cracks, there is a big possibility that your CNS will be affected, causing your headaches, body malaise, nausea and stuff...

so consult your bone doctor...

First of all...you should go see a doctor about that...if you are having headaches. I have heard that you shouldn't try to do it yourself at home...you should have a chiropractor. (personally I don't believe in Chiropractors) So I would go see a specialist in spinals/backs.
