why use that one, theres usually tons all over the city, and homeless people are filthy who the **** knows whats in it

That homeless person is somebodies brother,sister or son or daughter. Possibly someones father or mother. Why is the cart more important than the person?

I am thinking it is like the bread crates, they are protected from theft by law. I read the law once upon a time, can't remember where from but it's out there.as is the law against taking milk crates for private use. the law is stamped on the side of the crate.

Take the cart, but before you do kick the homeless person a couple of times and tkae his wallet and jewelry cause' quite frankly he's not going to need it anymore :)
